With the rapid expansion of city scale,the competition between central cities and its surrounding cities becomes increasingly fierce.As we all know that central cities and its surrounding cities not only have some economical relations,but also exist a flow stream of people,goods and information,which influenced by each other.To obtain the maximum limit of urban influential hinterland area has become a problem,which central cities,entering a higher level of development must be confronted with.Therefore,the research of urban influential hinterland delimitation can provide predominant support and assistance for cities to strive for more reasonable hinterland area,which can also put forward scientific learning and reference to formulate developing strategy of city,to improve city comprehensive strength and competition and to achieve the joint development among cities and hinterlands.First of all,the paper takes the whole country as the research scope,taking the 1991,2010,and 2020 as the time section and taking the weighted average travel time as the index to measure the national spatial accessibility.The results show that the shortest weighted average travel time from 14.37 h in 1991 decreased to 5.12 h in 2010 compared 1991 with 2010.The weighted average travel time from 5.12 h in 2010 decreased to 4.39 h in 2020,because of high-speed railway opening large scale.It's indicated that spatial accessibility of interurbans have been improved notably with the large scale of opening high-speed railway.Secondly,this paper selects 30 provincial administrative regions of nation as the research object and uses Huff model to define the scope of the influential hinterlands,on the basis of the premise of not breaking the administrative boundaries,compared with the previous research,based on improved Field-strength model of urban influential hinterlands definition results,which indicated that the research of Huff model based on feature data,comprehensively measure potential energy between hinterland cities and central cities using the shortest traffic road-network distance and synthesized scale value of city above prefecture level and select maximum value of potential energy to determine the last hinterland cities belong.The advantages of this model is not to break the administrative boundaries,which is convenient for practical planning,applied reference and a relatively small amount of data.But the disadvantage is that the subjective factors influenced seriously to this method.Improved Field-strength model which used raster data,have broken administrative boundaries,and the results lied on point. The advantages of Improved Field-Strength model are well effect of visual and objective,while the drawback is the large amount of calculation,which is not conductive to the operation of the contiguous.At last,this paper regards15 national mature-growing urban agglomerations which put forward by Fang Chuanglin as the research object,and carries out following research:(1)Core cities are determined by the comprehensive scale value of the city above prefecture level in the study area;(2)Spatial influential scale of urban agglomerations are determined tentatively according to 2 hours commute scale(shortest time) of core cities to other cities;(3)The shortest time distance matrix of interurban is calculated by using spatial network analyst in order to evaluate economical link intensity of interurban.The economical link intensity between every district and other districts are accumulated comprehensively to reflect economical function intensity in area;and the last scale of urban agglomerations are measured according to some index,such as urban comprehensive scale value,commute time, economical link intensity of urban and total GDP of district,and it's also compared with urban agglomerations scale which under planning, thus putting forward to detail adjustment suggestion for urban agglomerations.This paper selected representative urban agglomerations of Changsha,Zhuzhou,Xiangtan.By using some index of social network analyst method,such as network density analyst,centrality and core-edge construction,the spatial influence scale of urban agglomerations are measured comprehensively and make comparison with urban agglomerations scale,which under planning.The research results can provide scientific basis and method reference for urban agglomeration planning.
