Passengers just need to selecting taxi-hailing appsto required models and the corresponding service and car drivers will in a predetermined time send passengers arrive at the destination.This paper summarizes the status quo of the development of bus service in more than a year from the four angles of government, platform, passengers and drivers, through theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, to meet bus service problems in the development process are summarized, one is the legal and policy issues, including the operation qualification and responsibility the main body is not clear; the two is the problem of social cognition, mainly the social from all walks of life to the cognition is not a limousine service, leading to the existence of differences of limousine service supervision; three is the problem of distribution of interests, including car industry and traditional taxi industry's interests, and the distribution of interests and car within the industry; the four is safe security issues, including the problem of vehicle insurance, and driver qualifications etc..This paper also to the United States, Australia, Britain and Japan four countries limousine service supervision model to sort out, and analysis of existing domestic limousine service idea of supervision from four aspects, relationship between including the supervision of the main object, and supervision of the object, regulation measures and car and traditional taxi positioning.
