In recent years,with the rise of the sharing economy,China's online car-hailing service industry is also growing prosperous.While providing convenience for people,online car-hailing makes full use of the idle resources deposited in the society.The problem that people find it difficult to take a taxi during the peak period is also easily solved by a large number of online car-hailing resources.It solves people's travel problems without increasing social costs and creates a large number of employment opportunities.However,everything is double-sided.During the continuous development of the online car-hailing industry,some problems such as safety and market imbalance are gradually revealed.Following the learning theory,this paper lists the management measures of full-time online car-hailing resources at home and abroad and makes a comparative analysis.Combining with the theory of resource allocation and other academic resources,and drawing on the experience of foreign countries,this paper puts forward the countermeasures conducive to the management of full-time online car-hailing resources in China.This paper is mainly composed of five parts: the first part: introduction.This part mainly includes the background and research significance of the topic,literature review at home and abroad,research methods,technical routes and innovations.Part ii: related concepts and theoretical basis.This part briefly introduces the related concepts of "sharing economy","full-time online car-hailing" and "online car-hailing resources",and respectively introduces the public choice theory,resource allocation theory and quasi-public goods theory as the theoretical basis of the paper.Part three: the current situation and problems of domestic full-time online car-hailing resource management.This part lists the typical cities in China in the management of online car-hailing,and collects and sorts out the management rules of full-time online car-hailing resources in other cities in China for the following analysis and summary.Part iv: international experience and inspiration of full-time online car-hailing resource management.This section lists typical countries in the management of full-time car-hailing resources and summarizes their management experience.Part v: improving the government's policy Suggestions on the management of car-hailing resources.This part aims at the existing problems of the government in the management of China's online car-hailing resources,combines the development trend of the industry,and learns from foreign experience to put forward measures for innovative management mode,implement the implementation of online car-hailing access mechanism,and improve public service capacity and other effective Suggestions.Finally,the main results of the study are summarized,and the future research on government management and regulation of full-time online car-hailing resources is prospected.
