Research On Government Regulation In The Development Of Sharing Economy Based On The Case Of Car-hailing Services

The improvement of information technology brings benefits for the development of sharing economy.Under the background of Internet plus time,the specific content of the sharing economy is gradually expanded from material exchange to the sharing of service behaviors.The number of participants in the sharing economy is growing and they are very active.Their behaviors of sharing make the idle resources play an important once again and show their value.There is no doubt that the vigorous development of the sharing economy has played a positive role in China's economy,society and environment to a certain extent.However,as a new economic model,the development of sharing economy has brought great challenges to the government regulation and the traditional regulation method is difficult to match the emerging industries.Under this situation,it is necessary to study the government regulation.This paper starting from the existing theory,illustrates the theoretical basis and necessity of government regulation to sharing economy.And through the issues of car-hailing services to analyze the government regulation's problems and reasons during manage the sharing economy.The main problem of government's regulations is using the old way to deal with new situation.On the one hand,sharing economy participants' lawful rights can not be guaranteed for lack of government regulation.On the other hand,the excessive intervention of local governments also not good for the healthy development of sharing economy.Under the new situation of development of sharing economy,the government should innovate the regulation thinking under the premise of respecting the market and improve the ability of facing new problems.The government,especially the local government,should break the traditional dependence and introduce the social force to coordinate the conflict of sharing economy.The most important are the government should perfect the laws,regulations and build the credit system to ensure safety and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of participators of sharing economy.
