Research On The Reproduction Mode Of Rural Residential Area

Under the guidance of the government,the process of industrialization and urbanization,China launched a large-scale,high strength,the government intervened for the characteristics of the rural residential consolidation movement.This movement is not only the transformation and renewal of buildings and features of damaged decline in rural areas,but also has great effect on society,economy and system space embedded in the physical space in rural areas,the rural social space triggered reconstruction.Political economics is a branch of the development of Marxism,the space is regarded as a collection of material carrier and social relations and guide the exploration of space changes behind power,capital and interest relationship,which participates in the study of strength in the rural space shaping in the process of social interaction and on the space effect,it also help understanding the spatial change of rural and social issues from the perspective of social relations,but application in the rural areas is relatively less.In this paper,spatial political economy offer theory support and analyze the mechanism of the reproduction of rural residence and stakeholders game.On this base,the paper combine with the Jiangsu Province Suqian Municipal typical rural settlements spatial reproduction mode,research of different policy background and stakeholders who participate in different degree cause the two kinds of reproduction process and social,economic and institutional space effect,Therefore,the paper puts forward the optimization of rural residential land reproduction optimization and control countermeasures.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:Take Sihong County of Suqian of on behalf of the government of rural re sidents rural residential land reproduction model,its policy background is the “million hectares of fertile farmland project "and linked to "the connection of urban construction land increase and rural construction land decrease".In the p rocess of reproduction,the government plays a leading role in the capital and land circulation,but the farmers' participation in the process is low.Taking theapartment style reproduction cluster model achieves the villagers living faciliti es unified,supplying of rural public services in central village.The positive ec onomic,social and institutional effect is mainly manifested in improvement of living conditions increasing of property income,updating community governanc e structure,but the negative effect in the sense of belonging,the cost of living,the governance performance is more obvious.Take Siyang County of Suqian as the representative of the farmer's main body rural residential land reproduction model,its policy context is poverty all eviation projects.In this process,the government is mainly responsible for fun ding and policy support to improve living conditions for farmers,but major de cisions in the specific reproduction,mode,etc.are made by the farmers,with full respect for the views of farmers and high degree of participation.The proj ect adopted the appropriate stage of agglomeration,realized the living space to the center village,and supplied the public infrastructure in the center of the v illage.In the project to increase the income of farmers and meet the spiritual and cultural needs of farmers,has a positive effect on the democracy at the gr assroots level,but the mechanism is not perfect in design,production space,fa rmers' property rights especially homestead ownership registration lagging behin d.Finally,use ternary dialectical method to compare the mode of government leading type of rural residential reproduction and the mode of farmer main bo dy of rural residential reproduction,as well as the direction of the national spa ce power control,farmers use rights and endowing from the macro level is pr oposed to solve the rural residents of optimization and control.
