Rural residential area renovation is an important measure to solve the problems of waste of land and poor living environment in rural residential areas in our country and to increase the area of cultivated land.the analysis and calculation of rural residential area renovation potential is the basis of land renovation planning.Under the background of"the strategy of rural revitalization"of the 19th national congress of the communist party of China,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to actively carry out rural work and study the potential of land consolidation.This study takes guanghe county in northwest minority areas as an example,and takes administrative villages as research units.Based on ArcGIS 10.3 platform,through processing data such as 0.2m resolution orthophoto map of guanghe county in 2016,rural land ownership data of guanghe county in 2017 and social and economic statistical yearbook in 2016,and combining with domestic and foreign experience,the theoretical potential,actual potential,spatial distribution of potential,regulation time series,regulation mode and regulation measures of rural residential areas in guanghe county were deeply studied,in order to provide data support for the regulation of rural residential areas in guanghe county.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)Calculation of theoretical potential of rural residential area renovation.At first,the theoretical potential is estimated by the standard method of per capita construction land,the standard method of per capita homestead,the calculation method based on target planning and the calculation method of building volume ratio,and then the comprehensive theoretical potential is obtained by using AHP.The results showed that the total area of rural residential areas in the county was 3803.48 hm~2,and the total area of comprehensive theoretical potential in the county was 1080.36 hm~2,accounting for 28.40%of the total area of residential areas,with an average potential area of 10.70 hm~2 per village.(2)Estimate the actual potential of rural residential area renovation.According to the actual development of guanghe county,eight indicators,such as soil fertility grade and cultivated land area per capita,are selected to construct the evaluation index system of actual potential.the correction coefficient of theoretical potential is obtained by determining the index weight,and the actual potential of rural residential area renovation in guanghe county is estimated by combining the correction coefficient with the standardization of the original index data.The results showed that the actual potential area of guanghe county was 574.73hm~2,accounting for 15.11%of the total residential area.Accounting for 53.20%of the total theoretical potential.(3)Study on the classification of actual potential and its spatial distribution.The actual potential is divided into five grades,and its spatial distribution is analyzed and studied.The main features of spatial distribution are as follows:the remediation potential of all levels in the county is scattered on the whole,and the small areas are contiguous.Class?potential areas are mainly distributed in the mountainous areas of zhuangheji and in the west of chengguan town.Grade?potential areas are mainly distributed in the mountainous areas of sanjiaji and the cross-strait areas of guangtong river in the maijiaxiang.Class?potential areas are mainly distributed in guanfang,Zhuangheji,shuiquan and Taohe coastal areas.There is no obvious distribution feature in the potential areas of grade?and?.(4)Study on the timing of rural residential area renovation.From two angles of increasing high-quality cultivated land and improving people's livelihood,the indexes such as land productivity grade around residential areas,realistic potential value,per capita net income and topographic relief were selected to calculate the remediation priority index of each village,and then the remediation priority index of 101 administrative villages was ranked,and the remediation time series arrangement was obtained which was divided into four stages:early stage,middle stage,middle stage and late stage.(5)Study on rural residential area renovation model.Through the feasibility analysis of renovation and combining with the actual development of the research area,this paper puts forward three settlement renovation modes,namely,promoting urbanization,internal renovation and moving villages and merging points.There are 12 administrative villages that are suitable for promoting urbanization mode,58 administrative villages that are suitable for internal transformation mode and 31 administrative villages that are suitable for village relocation and consolidation mode.(6)Study on measures to ensure the reasonable implementation of regulation.The main measures and suggestions obtained from the study are as follows:making relevant planning and making reasonable arrangement of rectification work;Clarifying the responsibilities of the rectification department and effectively strengthening cooperation;Increase diversified financing channels to improve financial management level;Attract professionals to participate and promote information system services;Strengthen the propaganda of rectification work to ensure the participation of villagers.Through the in-depth implementation of the above measures,to ensure that the rural residential area renovation work is carried out in a reasonable and orderly way.
