An Evaluation Study Of The Intensive Land Utilization In Rural Residential Area Case Study Of Tianzhuang Village In Yexian Country

With the thriving of domestic economics as well as the speeding of industrialization and urbanization, tremendous changes have been taken place in most of the rural area in recent year. As the rural residential areas expand so fast, inefficiently and roughly utilization of land resource emerges and burdens the scarce and depleting agricultural resource. Hence, analyzing and evaluating whether the source of rural residential area have been effectively and efficiently utilized, launching existed land improvement, can not only boost the efficiency of land utilization, but also can enhance living standards of rural residents as well as improve the attractiveness of the countryside so as to achieve the goal—efficient allocation, rational utilization and sustainable development of the rural land resource.The author builds up his theory on the basis of the advanced experiment and up-to-date the ories on rural residential area and efficient land utilization. In this essay, we will analyze the effecting factors, existed problems and the attributes of efficient utilization of rural residential area. We will also offer proper recommendations and strategies on the improvement of rural land utilization, in consideration of the current situation.In this article, the Tianzhuangxiang rural area of Yexian in Henan Province is selected as the research sample. Based on the current land utilizing situation, we will set up an evaluation system, which consists of 6 project hierarchies with 12 evaluation indexes. Using this system, we will decide the weight of each index by using the AHP analysis, which will then be processed in the dimensionless treatment in order to calculate the total evaluating value. Then we will focus on deciding the efficient level of land utilization of Tianzhuangxiang rural area by using the systematic cluster analysis. After all these attribute and quantitative analyses, we will divide the rural area into different aspects with different value so as to discuss the utilization standards and level of this area.The analysis result demonstrates that the land efficient utilization of the rural area is in consistence with its comprehensive developing power among the administrative areas in Tianzhuangxiang and is positive coefficient with its economic developing level which constrains the input and output of land and therefore makes impact on the efficient utilization level of rural residential area. In consequence, the author will go further and make conclusions on the land efficient utilization level of Tianzhuangxiang rural area in Yexian.
