Research On Chinese New Agricultural Management System

Agriculture as a provider of human survival necessities production sector,it is the foundation of the national economy,and plays an important role in the national economy.With the modernization and industrialization process of agriculture accelerated,China's traditional business model of agricultural production cannot meet the needs of agricultural production development that it needs to explore a new one.The specialized households,family farms,agricultural cooperatives and leading enterprises not only promoted the development of modern agriculture and the industrialization of agriculture,but also improve the rural economy,increased farmers' income at the same time.Currently,the management system of China's traditional agriculture is facing the dilemma of diminishing returns.So,to a further development,we should rely on new agricultural management system with intensification,specialization,organization,social combination.This article will research the new agricultural management system,and explore the problems and give some suggestion.This article has six parts.The first part is an introduction,it introduces the background,purpose,significance and analysis and commentary of the research status between domestic and overseas.The second part is related concepts and theoretical basis;it introduces the new agricultural management system and new agricultural business entities.The third part analyzes the importance of constructing a new agricultural management system,including the development of modern agriculture,food security and improves farmers' income;improve the quality of farm produce.The fourth part analyzes the current development of new agricultural management entities.The fifth part discusses the construction of new agricultural management system,mainly from the rural finance and insurance,land transfer,agricultural specialization,government support,agriculture and infrastructure construction.The sixth part is the suggestion,including improving entities cultivate and land transfer mechanism,ensuring funding requirements,building agricultural service system,strengthen agricultural infrastructure construction,exploration organization organizational model innovation,improving agricultural technology,perfecting the agricultural market system and to encourage rural migrant workers reflux.
