Research On The Construction Of Government Support System In The Microfinance Industry

As a new way of financing,small loan companies have a flexible mode of operation to obtain rapid development, playing an increasingly important role in economic and social development. As a service-oriented government financial management tools, small loan company has a good economic and social benefits, understanding, analyzing its internal and external causation, studying obstacles facing their survival and development, not only help to speed up the promotion of microfinance's healthy development,as well as conducive to better play its role in economic development, the better for the "three rural", high-tech small and micro enterprises.In this paper, control theory, asymmetric information theory, public governance theory are the theoretical guidance. Compared to the experience of foreign governments on the development of small loan companies, combined with Jiangsu, Nanjing, provincial and municipal governments for the regulatory practices of small loan companies, this paper presents small loans inadequate endogenous industry and government regulators defects. Government should put forward development orientation, the legal system, the regulatory system and other top-level system re-planning support system of small loans industry, but by helping the company expand financing channels for small loans, the use of new means of appropriate supervision, improve the company's ability to operate small loans to promote its sustainable development.
