Post-evaluation Research On BK Natural Gas Capacity Construction Project

Project post-evaluation involves a set of systematic and objective analysis of completed projects,.The evaluation content includes objective,implementation process,efficiency,effect and influence.Through project post-evaluation and examination,we can determine whether the project anticipated target achieved,and project the main results are achieved,so as to find out the cause of the success or failure,sum up experience lesson,provide the improvement suggestions for the projects.Through the feedback information in a timely and effective manner,Post-evaluation can improve the management level of the investment and decision making for future project decisions.With China's sustained economic development,energy demand increased dramatically.As a result,the contradiction between supply and demand of oil has become increasingly prominent.In order to perform security responsibility of oil and gas,oil and gas production enterprises,increased the strength of oil and gas exploration and development in recent years.Tuha oilfield,as China's oil affiliate,in the face of resource to replace pressure,uses the Baka tight gas unconventional resources,increase the intensity of exploration and development integration,the conventional and unconventional resources simultaneously,Tuha oilfield company has implemented the first tight gas meet the gas production capacity construction projects in 2012-2013.By 2014,the project has been completed and put into operation one year and has the requirement of project post-evaluation.According to the work of construction project post-evaluation on comprehensive requirements of China petroleum co.,LTD.,obeying the principle of objective,fair and scientific,this paper on the Baka gas productivity construction projects were studied after evaluation.In this paper has analyzed the goal,the early stage of the work,the professional engineering,production operation and economic benefits,impact and sustainability evaluation,and summarized the experience and lessons.This paper hopes for the same type of project investment decision-making,project management and production and construction for reference.At the same time,the paper hopes to find good policy and puts forward the feasible improvement measures and suggestions for Baka's tight gas production capacity construction.
