Study On Evaluation System Of Agricultural Science And Technology Achievement Transformation

Agriculture is a basic industry of a country.So far,agriculture industry in China is facing new situations,quantity standards can not satisfy the market,the need for agricultural products has been changed from feeding stomach to paying more attention to both quality and variety.Thus,agricultural production needs to change the simplified and homogenized status quo,increase new varieties of,as well as improve the quality of agricultural products.The doable way to meet these demands is to level up agricultural science and technology,to elevate the technology content of agricultural products.Currently,the number of research institutes has been increasing and new achievements have been emerging in endless,showing a trend of rapid development.Sci-Tech achievements are,usually,of pretty significant territoriality,temporality and limitation on humanistic environment due to agriculture's particularity,which leads to lots of complicated problems,for instance,poor transformation,actual economic,social benefits can not be produced from good sci-tech achievements.It's not only a kind of waste to efforts of researchers,but also a loss to agricultural producers.Given this,the issue of achievement transformation of agricultural science and technology has become an obstacle in improving agricultural sci-tech level.As to the study on achievement transformation of agricultural science and technology,China started late and is still stay in the primary stage.The first,to solve this problem,is to find a way to evaluate achievement transformation of agricultural science and technology.There's no any systematic study due to the complexity in the process of achievement transformation.This thesis aims at making a study on how to establish the evaluation system of achievement transformation of agricultural science and technology,beginning with the analyses on the previous researches,using Documentary Analysis to make analysis and summary,and then briefing statistic data related to the sci-tech level in the agricultural production in Fujian Province,finally deciding to make a tryout to build the said system based on Analytic Hierarchy Process so as to evaluate the status quo of achievement transformation of agricultural science and technology comprehensively as well as conduct appraisal analysis on Fujian's transformation.Analytic Hierarchy Process is widely adopted to deal with more complicated synthesis issues.This thesis sets up evaluation system of achievement transformation of agricultural science and technology by using Analytic Hierarchy Process,verifies the feasibility of the system through empirical research.Some adjustments are needed during the application so as to achieve the evaluation result.
