Organizational citizenship behavior is a kind of the role of behavior which is outside the role and is made up of a series of informal cooperation behavior. Employees who in the work often show more organizational citizenship behavior, tend to lead to higher work efficiency and team performance, eventually creating higher value for the enterprise.This study begins with 471 colleges and staffs as subjects, using experiment one with 2 (type of target dependent, type of task dependency)* 2 (time distance 1), and experiment 2 with 2 (type of target dependent, type of task dependency)* 2 (space distance 1, space distance 2), and the dependent variable is the score of the organizational citizenship behavior of the subjects. This study aims to explore the subjects under different team dependent types' differences in organizational citizenship behaviors, and the time distance?spatial distance' differences under different team dependent types on organizational citizenship behavior. The main results are as follows:(1) As a whole, the variable of team dependence had significant differences in whether the subjects had work, and their age, their record of formal schooling;(2)Team dependent type has significantly main effect in experiment one, the task dependent type of subjects scores in organizational citizenship behavior of the individual dimension, interpersonal dimension, social dimension and OCB scores were significantly higher than the target dependent types of subjects.(3)Time discount has main effect on the individual dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior, this situation to start the personal dimension scores more than three months later.(4) Time distance has significantly interaction with the team dependent type, the Time distance close level of type of task dependency was higher than time dependent type of the target dependency; under time distance level,subjects on OCB personal dimension of task dependency types were significantly higher scores than three months later.(5) Team dependent type has main effect significantly in experiment 2, score in individual dimension of organizational citizenship behavior and OCB scores of task dependent type test were significantly higher than the target dependent types.(6) The interaction of the space distance and team dependent type was significantly, under space distance level,task dependency types of subjects on OCB personal dimension were significantly higher than scores on OCB personal dimensions of target dependent type.
