In recent years,a lot of social problems caused by the lack of morality have occurred,similar problems also have emerged in corporate management,the lack of integrity of some enterprises has aroused public concern,and ethical leadership has begun to be emphasized by enterprise leaders and researchers.Ethical leadership can not only have a positive impact on the attitudes and behaviors of employees,but also can make contribution to the development of enterprises and society.Employees'organizational citizenship behavior has always been a hot topic for the researchers.What is the relationship between ethical leadership and employees' organizational citizenship behavior,and how does the internal mechanism work,these issues are worth studying.This study hopes to explore the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational citizenship behavior,and introduces two factors which are justice perception and power distance as mediator and moderator variables in order to explore the internal mechanism of ethical leadership affecting organizational citizenship behavior.In this study,525 employees mainly from Shanghai,Jiangsu were selected as subjects.We use the questionnaire survey to explore the relationship between ethical leadership and employees' organizational citizenship behavior,as well as the role of justice perception and power distance.This study draws the following conclusions:(1)Gender factors can affect the sense of moral leadership and justice perception;and the working years,the type of enterprise,and the position will have an impact on the organizational citizenship behavior of employees;(2)Ethical leadership is positively correlated to justice perception and organizational citizenship behavior;Justice perception is also positively correlated to organizational citizenship behavior;(3)Justice perception plays partly mediating effects in the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational citizenship behavior;(4)Power distance moderated the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational citizenship behavior.Power distance also moderated the relationship between ethical leadership and justice perception.In summary,ethical leadership has a positive impact on employees' organizational citizenship behavior;Justice perception affects the role of ethical leadership in organizational citizenship behavior;Power distance regulates the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational citizenship behavior,and also regulates the mediating role of justice perception in ethical leadership and organizational citizenship behavior.
