Research On Food Safety Supervision Based On Big Data Perspective

In recent years,China’s food safety problems have appeared frequently,which has led to a growing public discussion on food safety,and it is expected that the enthusiasm for participating in food safety coordinated supervision will continue to heat up.The reason for the emergence of food safety problems in China is the single government’s regulatory system,which has caused the supervision to be incomplete and inadequate.Therefore,the coordinated governance of multi-subject participation is the general trend of food safety supervision,and it is also a "good medicine" to cure China’s food safety problems.The development of big data has been hailed as the “fourth industrial revolution”.The development of big data and Internet technology has made leap-forward progress in many fields of supervision.In the field of big data food safety regulation,the United States has begun to take shape,which has many advantages over traditional food safety supervision.This paper first compares the content of traditional food safety supervision and big data food safety supervision through comparative analysis methods,and analyzes and summarizes the changes brought by big data for food safety supervision.Compared with traditional food safety supervision,food safety supervision has a new look in the perspective of big data.It has special performances in terms of supervision methods,supervision methods,regulatory subjects,regulatory priorities,and regulatory scope.Secondly,the United States is analyzed.The practice of big data food safety supervision,research on the development history and success of American big data,Internet and other food safety supervision,and provide experience for China’s big data food safety supervision;once again,study Guizhou’s “food safety cloud” supervision platform Cases,analyze the current development status of China’s big data food safety supervision,focus on the lack of China’s big data food safety supervision;finally put forward targeted improvement of comprehensive database construction,standardize data standards,build a national platform,set up food enterprise credit The archives,the establishment of incentives and disciplinary mechanisms and other countermeasures,aim to promote the further development of China’s big data food safety supervision and improve the efficiency of food safety supervision.Based on the new perspective of big data,this paper takes China’s already-formed Guizhou “Food Safety Cloud” as a case to study the issue of big data food safety supervision,which is of great significance for promoting the research and practical exploration of China’s big data food safety supervision mode.
