Research On Manufacturing Quality Competitiveness Of SMEs In Hubei Province

Small and medium-sized enterprises are mostly labor-intensive industries, the process needs to be improved, and upstream and downstream enterprises supporting capacity poor.Quality is improve the state of small and medium-sized enterprises, to help small and medium-sized enterprises in a magic weapon for winning the competition, enterprises need to improve the quality management level, the government also needs to support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises from the policy.QCI can measure the state of SMEs, to identify strengths and weaknesses of SMEs, to help businesses and governments to implement targeted improvement measures, it is one of the means to enhance the quality.This article will use the quality competitiveness index Evaluation of SMEs in Hubei Province, and make relevant recommendations to improve the quality of SMEs in Hubei Province for the short board.The technical route of this study is "theoretical basis-Build quality competitiveness model-evaluation method research-practice research".Firstly,a review of the development of small and medium enterprises, quality management, competitiveness and quality competitiveness, quality and competitiveness of SMEs leads to the study of demand, which launched a major content of this paper.Secondly, build quality evaluation model on the competitiveness of SMEs.By studying abroad quality competitiveness evaluation model, summed up evaluation elements the large enterprise evaluation elements should be included.After comprehensive evaluation of combined field research on SMEs in Hubei province, the paper argues that the manufacturing quality competitiveness of SMEs in Hubei Province should contain five evaluation elements,which include Quality strategy and culture, quality management, quality management system, innovation and information capabilities.
