| In recent years, the global Internet industries develop rapidly, which also has brought unprecedented opportunities for the development of IT enterprises. Particularly, Premier Li Keqiang put forward “the action plan of formulate ‘Internet Plus’ in government work report this year. It drives the combination of mobile Internet, cloud computing, big data and internet of things with modern manufacturing industry, promotes healthy development of e-commerce, industrial Internet and internet finance, guides internet enterprise to expand International market “[1]. However, the high employee turnover rate seriously restricts the development of IT enterprises. The survey showed that the employee turnover rate was 20.2% in 2014, while it increased to 22.1% in 2015. The comparative employee turnover rate of general industrial enterprises was only 17.0%. This states that IT enterprises is facing seriously problem of talent outflow. The subject of this article is the company shorted named IDEAL, who faces lower employee satisfaction, seriously problem of brain drain and so on. These problems not only increase IDEAL operating costs, but also reduce the company’s project quality and service level. It seriously restricts the IDEAL’s business development. This article is trying to find the effective measures to improve employee satisfaction of the company through the deep analysis of IDEAL Company’s employee satisfaction, in order to effectively use the company’s resources and further develop the IDEAL Company’s Business while with the certain improvement of employee satisfactions.First of all, it studied and summarized the relevant theories and research results of domestic and foreign employee satisfaction in this article, then found the deficiency of existing employee satisfaction on research theories and measurements and cleared the IDEAL company employee satisfaction research problems and theoretical support. Secondly, it determined the key factors that influence the employee satisfaction of IDEAL Company, on the basis of the research on the existing employee satisfaction scale and measurement methods, which grasped the actual situation of the company’s employee satisfaction through the IDEAL Company’s enterprise interview and calculation and analysis methods. Furthermore, it developed a set of evaluation model which can accurately measure the employee satisfaction of IDEAL Company on the basis of the key factors of IDEAL Company’s employee satisfaction, that through the construction of employee satisfaction index system, the evaluation index of employee satisfaction, and the setting of the expected value of employee satisfaction. Then it did a questionnaire survey of all employees in IDEAL company, based on the evaluation model of employee satisfaction questionnaire, by using SPSS statistical analysis software, which is the industry’s popular a Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient to carry on the reliability test. Then it proposed improvements of the IDEAL Company’s management system, security system and the specific operation, also help IDEAL Company to improve the implementation of measures to the actual work, and strive to improve the IDEAL Company’s employee satisfaction by considering the IDEAL Company’s particular problems. At last, it summarized the main results of this research and gave suggestions for further research.Through the research of the IDEAL Company employee satisfaction, there are below questions were founded.(1) The IDEAL overall satisfaction score is 2.89, which is a lower satisfaction level. The work reward and personal development is the lowest scored in these factors effecting employee satisfaction.(2) Among the factors affecting employee satisfaction, employees are at a lower level in terms of welfare, compensation, personal career development, position promotion, achievement and teamwork.(3) Male employees, shorter working employees and outsourcing staff satisfaction is low.(4) The overall satisfaction of the company has an important impact on the promotion of the role of the work rewards and personal career development.Based on the conclusions of the above research, the following recommendations are given to IDEAL Company:1. Establish the employee satisfaction management system and constantly strengthen and improve the management of employee satisfaction in the management mechanism.2. Establish a platform and mechanism for employee communication in order to ensure IDEAL Company could understand the problems of employee satisfaction in terms of support system.3. Improve the belonging and enthusiasm of employees in IDEAL Company in strengthening the construction of enterprise culture.4. Build a career development platform, which can meet the requirement of employee’s personal career development, and make employees and the company grow together.5. Perfect the existing salary system to improve employee initiative and creativity by exerting motivation of the compensation system. |
