Research On Supplier Performance Evaluation Based On Game DEA And AHP Methods

Supplier's performance evaluation is an important part of supply chain management and the management of modern enterprise. The selections of index system and evaluation method are two main contents to evaluate the supplier's performance. Construction of index system is the basis of supplier's evaluation. In this paper, the ideas and theories of supplier relationship management and green supply chain are taken into account, and taking the iron and steel enterprises as the research object, a systematic and comprehensive index system are created. Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) is one of the most widely applied method of modern comprehensive evaluation methods. According to the characteristics and requirements of the iron and steel enterprises, a game DEA model considering undesirable outputs is set up, and taking G iron and steel enterprise as the study object, combined with Analytic Hierarchy Process method(AHP) to evaluate the performance of its crude iron suppliers. On the one hand, the rationality and superiority of the model established in this paper are proved; on the other hand, according to the analysis of the results to provide available suggestions. The main research contents of this paper include the following aspects:First, the research background of this paper is described, and relevant content of supply chain, supply chain management, green supply chain, supplier relationship management, supplier performance evaluation studies are reviewed, emphatically for two aspects of supplier's performance evaluation, namely index system and evaluation method, and then research route of this paper is put forward.In the second part, according to the characteristics of iron and steel enterprises, an index system of the supplier's evaluation is established. Among it, the supplier relationship management and green supply chain theory are considered to build a comprehensive index system.In the third part, theories of traditional CCR model, cross efficiency model, game cross efficiency DEA model and AHP are introduced, and a game DEA model considering undesirable outputs is created which is realized by using MATLAB software.In the fourth part, taking the G iron and steel enterprise as an example, the empirical study is carried out. Firstly detailed description of the source of empirical data is introduced; then the weights of some indexes are determined by AHP, and the performance of the crude iron suppliers' are calculated by the game DEA model considering undesirable outputs; finally, the results obtained are analyzed, which provides feasible references for the supplier selection and management of G iron and steel enterprise.Finally, full text is summarized, and the research prospects are put forward.
