Project schedule management is the key of project management, Reasonable and feasible schedule is directly based on project management and control,and is the basis for the entire project management and control. With the continuous development of society, complexity, systematic and integrated of the project are more stricter than before. project construction schedule requires shorter and less costly. Traditional project schedule management methods CPM and PERT methods have gradually difficult to meet the requirements of modern project management. It appears critical chain project management techniques to the project schedule management brings a new direction.Standardized project management is an important guarantee of product quality methods and means, at a given time and cost.
