As a Indemnificatory Housing project, which is one of the government's practical projects, it is a problem that how to occupy a territory in the competition based on the premise of quality guaranteed?finish the process on time and make the maximum profit. This will certainly rationalize the management meth ods of the corporations.This study comprehensively analyzed Six Sigma Theory and its main management tools, and further analyzed and summarized the methods and results of its application in the Donggou Indemnificatory Housing Project as a trial. Also, as an example of energy saving and emission reduction project in this program, we emphasize the application of Six Sigma on wall system under the control of cost.
