Cost Management Of Indemnificatory Housing Projects Development Of S Enterprise

To curb excessively rising property prices,solve the problem of low and middle income earners,the government adopted indemnificatory housing policy and pointed out that should further strengthen the construction of indemnificatory housing.Due to the price of indemnificatory housing is government guidance price,the cost management for these enterprises are particularly important.These enterprises need to raise the level of cost management,so as to improve the survival and the ability of competition.Presently,the case studies of cost management of indemnificatory housing development projects are less,therefore,this paper would combine the literature research and case study method,on the basis of theoretical research,to focus on S enterprise.Firstly,domestic and foreign relevant theoretical research achievements were summarized,then,case data and information were collected through investigation,interview,practice and so on,to acquire the cost management level of S enterprise at that time,and then through the actual case study,analyzing the problems and putting forward specific and corresponding improvement measures of S enterprise,to reduce the project cost and improve the level of cost management of S enterprise.Finally,introduced the improvement situation of S enterprise,the effects and experience,analyzed the direction of further improvement of S enterprise,and summarized enlightenment from this case,to provide the reference for the similar enterprises and government to make decision.S enterprise implemented a part of the improving programs of cost management,and the situation changed from original facing the risk of loss to the meager profit forecast,the current calculation cost than initial estimates saved about 2.42%,S enterprise achieved good effect,cost management level had been greatly improved,looking forward to the future,S enterprise will further improve the ability of cost management,so as to enable S enterprises to develop better.
