Since China joined the World Trade Organization(WTO) in 2001, the foreign trade obtained rapid development. In 2014, the statistical data show the total import and export of goods is $ 4.3 trillion, the eastern goods import and export is $3.66 trillion, accounted for ratio as high as 85%, is far higher than the central region of 7.3%, the western region of 7.8%. Foreign trade in our country's regional distribution imbalance is one of the main reasons for the economic development gap between regions. In the background of eastern area foreign trade industry highly clustered lead to agglomeration economy, the Midwest hope through the aggregation of the industry to reduce the gap between the eastern, foreign trade industry transfer to the Midwest become increasingly the focus of attention.Form the related trade theory and the existing research literature, this paper analyzed the economic aggregation impact of foreign trade, through the empirical analysis of the export trade and import trade openness. This thesis mainly studies the agglomeration diseconomy on the spatial distribution of China's foreign trade mechanism, the failure of mechanism and reverse distortions lead to differences in the degree of spatial distribution of China's foreign trade openness, this difference also leads to unbalanced distribution of China's foreign trade. Finally, based on the relevant theoretical analysis and empirical test results, propose the policy recommendations to promote the rational distribution of foreign trade in China. First, quickened the training of migrant workers, improve the level of skills of migrant workers and improve the workers wage bargaining power; second, quickened the economic development of the central and western regions, to increase the appeal of the central and western regions of the foreign trade enterprises; the third: quickened the process marketization of land market, weaken the government monopoly of the land market, reduce the distortions of agglomeration diseconomy to foreign trade.
