Shanhang Airlines Irregular Flight Disposal Strategy Evaluation Study

With the speedy development of civil aviation industry and rapid increase of air conveyance, it becomes obvious that the limited airspace and airdrome resource could not completely accommodate to the requirement of civil aviation development. Those increased abnormal flights bring airline companies more and more economic loss and passenger dissension. Therefore, how to improve the management and dispatch control ability has become the companies' working points. Most of the airline companies right now deal the abnormal flights with experienced arrangement but not scientific and rational evaluation system.When abnormal flights happens, the dispatcher should make useful and quick decision considering on the aircraft condition, meteorology condition, route condition, airport condition, aircrew condition, passenger condition and payloads. Firstly, this paper researches on the reasons of abnormal flights and the general operation methods. According to the relative files issued by Civil Aviation Administration of China as well as the experience of the author, the divination of abnormal flights is categorized in detail. What's more, this paper gives the emergency operation methods from the level of company. Secondly, based on the longtime work experience of the author, this paper concludes and analyzes many operation emergencies solving methods. Then according to the airline resource dispatch methods and rules-worthiness, abnormal flights operation methods base is established. Finally, on condition of the research above, this paper gives the evaluation index of operation methods of abnormal flights. Then the evaluation model of operation methods of abnormal flights is established. In the end of the paper, the active case test is used here. And the integrate airline operation methods of abnormal flights evaluation system is made, which is both on theory and reality.
