With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of people's health awareness,China's medical device market demand is growing rapidly.Faced with this good development opportunity,however,the domestic small and medium sized medical device enterprises have highlighted the phenomenon of lack of competitiveness.In this regard,small and medium sized medical device enterprises need to be to improve efficiency through scientific management and increase production capacity in order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the short term.This is in line with the ideological approach of industrial engineering,therefore conducting the analysis and improvement methods of industrial engineering in small and medium sized medical device enterprises is particularly important.This study takes the specific small and medium sized medical device T enterprise as the research object,explore the main causes of low efficiency of the enterprise by using the analysis method of industrial engineering.Then use the site management,method research,production line balancing research for comprehensive analysis and improvement.Then with the help of Witness simulation technology,this paper puts forward the concrete methods of increasing production.First of all,in order to explore the reasons leading to the inefficiency of the enterprise,this study uses the fishbone diagram analysis and analytic hierarchy process to analyze from five aspects:human,machine,material,law and environment.Then concluded that the production method is the main reason factor to lay the foundation for the subsequent improvement.Secondly,the three aspects relate to the production methods can make specific improvements:through the organizational structure of the enterprise to optimize the design,to finish the organization preparation for improving implement of work;the use of visual management and 5S management methods to improve the production site,and provide good production environment;to do method research for production process,combined with"5W1H,ECRS" technical principles to make the production process,process procedures,production line layout more reasonable,and make the calculative comparison between the primary state and improved state for concluding the evaluation of improvement result.Finally,with the help of Witness software,the assembly process of the product is simulated to research the machine utilization rate and the volume of production.Three different improvement schemes have been proposed for the problem of low average utilization of the machines and insufficient product yield.Then with the simulation of these three schemes,the optimal scheme is selected to achieve the purpose of increasing the average utilization rate of the machines and the production yield.Through the implementation of a comprehensive improvement in T enterprise,the production efficiency is enhanced and the production capacity is increased.
