Equity crowdfunding, an important part of financial innovation and the newest form of Internet finance, is gradually becoming a hot new round of financial innovation in our country. Since 2011, equity crowdfunding shows strong vitality because of the low threshold, less regulation and the huge financing demand, which can offer a new way for their financing. So,developing equity Crowdfunding and promoting our capital market financial innovation is the way to solve the finance problem of the small and medium-sized enterprises.
