At the moment,China has promoted energy structure change and foster new energy development vigorously,the coal is the most traditional energy which is difficult to be shaken its status in a short term.As the opening degree of our country become more and more deep in inland and border areas,especially the implementation of "one Belt,one Road"strategy,which indicates that the coal still has great development space,it still bring huge pull on the economy.Accordingly,the coal logistics will go into its spring time.According to relevant statistics,China's coal logistics accounted for more than 1/4 of the total social logistics,which means the coal logistics park as an important way for the development of coal logistics,its development prospects are broad.However,the planning of the coal logistics park has a high degree of complexity,its planning is arbitrary that always needs to consider various factors,which has brought difficult to the park layout.In order to form a systematic park layout solutions,this paper takes A coal logistics park layout optimization as an example to study.In order to make the functional area layout more reasonable,firstly,SLP is used to carry out the preliminary layout of the functional area of the coal logistics park.(1)It lists the coal logistics park logistics relationship,non logistics relation in the table,and comprehensive logistics relation table the on the basis of them then draws logistics relation graph,non logistics relation graph and comprehensive logistics relationship chart;(2)According to the value of the relationship of logistics park in the comprehensive logistics relationship diagram,it gets the optimization of the structure of the park's functional area layout.Secondly,it makes use of Flexism to simulate the coal logistics park facilities and equipment optimization,which aims to promote the use efficiency of coal processing machinery and reduce the degree of internal roads in the coal logistics park.The research results of this paper is not only beneficial for A coal logistics park layout optimization but also can reduce the production cost directly to achieve higher yields.At the same time,it will provide suggestions and reference for the coal logistics park layout to enhance the overall coal logistics park layout theory.
