To this end, combined with the actual situation, this paper analyzes the feasibility and the decision factors of the northwest national coal logistics park’s construction.First of all, from the perspective of the theory research, the paper analyzed the definition of logistics, coal logistics, coal logistics park, the connotation and constituent elements and so on through data collection and analysis; And then took system research on the construction mode and influencing factors of coal logistics park.Secondly, the paper analyzes the feasibility of the construction of the northwest coal logistics park, through the analysis of internal and external development environment and conditions, fully demonstrates the feasibility and the practical significance of the construction of the northwestern coal logistics park.Then, through analysing the factors of the northwest coal logistics park’s construction and operation, the paper constructs a set of comprehensive evaluation index system suitable for the feasibility of coal logistics park’s construction; Chooses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the feasibility of the construction of the northwestern coal logistics park, further verify the feasibility and necessity of the construction of the northwestern coal logistics park.Finally, according to the request of the park planning, and in combination with the practical situation of campus, the paper systematically analyzed the coal logistics park’s strategic positioning, general plan, general requirements, development goal, functional planning, management mode, logistics platform construction, information platform construction and organization.
