Based On FLEXSIM Simulation, The Layout Planning Of A Food Processing Plant Distribution Center

With the development of Internet economy,the logistics industry in China has made rapid progress.As an important link in product circulation,distribution center is closely related to product circulation period,distribution efficiency and circulation cost,and plays an important role in logistics supply chain.The circulation speed of fast-moving food industry is related to food safety and production updates,so as to strengthen food safety work to ensure that "the tongue's safety" is also increasingly subject to the people's attention.The reasonable layout of the food distribution center has become very important.This paper introduces the theory of distribution center facilities planning and the principle and application process of system layout design method,and analyzes the current situation of the distribution center of a food processing center.Firstly,designmethodof system layout is used to make rational planning and layout of each work area,determine the relative position of each planning area,logistics flow line,scale of work area and work area,obtain the area-free block diagram of different schemes of the food processing center,and get the three feasibility plans of layout planning of the distribution center;Then,according to the three layout schemes of the food processing center,it quantitatively evaluates its evaluation index,uses the method of analytic hierarchy process to scientifically evaluate each feasible scheme,toquantitative calculate to determine the optimal solution and to provide scientific decision-making advices for enterprises;Finally,using Flexsim to simulate the layout scheme,according to the analysis of simulation data,the "bottleneck" process is analyzed,the simulation model is improved,and the layout and construction of distribution center is guided.This paper designed the planning method of distribution center layout for food processing plants,combined with program evaluation,Flexsim simulation and model optimization to achieve the scientific and rational planning purposes.Through the simulation to realize the prediction and optimization of the distribution center of the regional work efficiency,effectively solves the congestion situation,reasonably realizes the allocation of resources,it reduces the circulation cost of enterprises and shorten the cycle of food circulation.
