Meizhou City Rural Collective Economic Development Research

The rural collective economy has been very important in the development of rural economy.There are still many problems of rural economy to be solved under the current economic system and social background.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the development of rural collective economy.Since the reform and opening,rural collective economy has developed rapidly.However,due to the historical,social,institutional,regional,resources and capital,and many other factors,there are various types of problems.Therefore,it is necessary to study the rural collective economy,to analyze the current situation,problems and reason,to find the way to solve it.Firstly,This paper chooses the rural collective economy of Meizhou City,Guangdong Province as the research object.On the basis of the relevant data and examples,this paper describes and summarizes the overall appearance of rural collective economic of Meizhou City,and main results of rural collective economic of the Counties(cities,districts).Based on the theoretical analysis and author's field investigation,we found that there are some problems of the collective economic of Meizhou city:The concept of development is weakening;The overall strength is weak;Uneven development;Depend on a single source of income;Industry support policy weakening.And we thought there are five main reasons restricting the development:Thought;Talent;Objective condition;Policy;System.Secondly,this paper refers to three models in China,such as Sunan model,Nanjie model and Zhusanjiao model,the methods,experiences and revelations of all the models are analyzed.Finally,combined with the current situation of Meizhou city and the advanced expedences in China,this paper put forward five measures to get the further Development:Scientific planning to promote the development of various regions;Change mindset and selected of the leaders for the development;Actively explore ways of development;Increasing the strength of the government support;Establish a long-term mechanism for the development.
