Young Farmers Cooperative Development Of Henan Professional

The development model of the young farmers' professional cooperatives in Henan province is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the healthy growth of the young farmers' professional cooperatives in Henan province and to play its role of supervision and management.But the empirical analysis of the young farmers' professional cooperatives in Henan province is less,and the views are scattered,and the theoretical framework of the system is not yet formed.First of all,from the transaction cost theory,property rights theory,commissioned by the agency theory,management game theory were conclude,based on the analysis of several patterns of development of farmer specialized cooperatives in China's youth;then,in the form of questionnaire survey of empirical research,sample investigation and analysis,using SPSS statistical software to get the result data,uses the SWOT analytic method of Henan youth farmers' cooperatives external environment and internal environment has carried on the profound analysis.Finally,according to the empirical analysis results,proposes effective strategy choice.
