Investigation Into The Key Information Of Rice Quality Safety Traceability From The Perspective Of Consumers

In recent years,the various types of food quality and safety problem happen frequently.Faced with the serious situation at this time,the developed countries asked that sold to their county must be achieved traceability.Our country had many researches about producer and government these two aspects to explore the traceability system,but neglect the relevant information.So,the article takes Huibei city of Wuhan province as instance,faced to the Wuhan partly consumer groups,carrying out the questionnaire,based on consumer praxiology,by the empirical analysis,analyzing the influential factor and relevant information about consumer purchase rice,and summarize the key information that based the perspective of consumers,to put forward countermeasures and suggestions of development on rice quality and safety traceability system,further to build our country agricultural product safety traceability system for reference.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which analyzes background and significance,literature review,research contents and methods and innovations,technology implementation route and feasibility analysis;The second part introduces the traceability system related theory research;The third part is to analyze the key information research about the rice quality safety traceability;The fourth part is to analyze the problems existing in the quality and safety traceability system of rice,and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.The last part is the conclusion and prospect.The empirical results show that: for the vast number of consumers,the traceability system for rice are all three of the most critical information: rice distributor information,the importance of the traceability code and product quality and safety inspection report.According to the further study: factors such as gender,age,education background,incomes have a significant impact on consumer's perception of the traceability system.Comprehensive study shows the high degree of education and high income of married women more value traceability system of key information,they pay more attention to food safety.This has the enlightenment function to establish reasonable and efficient quality and safety of agricultural products traceability system for our country.
