With the continuous development of reform and opening-up and the entry of socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new era,people's living standards have made a qualitative leap and their demands on the quality of life have been constantly improved.The improvement of the quality of life is primarily concerned with food safety.With the frequent occurrence of food safety problems at home and abroad in recent years,the safety of food has been highly concerned throughout the country.In this context,as a poverty-stricken area with agriculture as the main industry,LongXu county vigorously develops the selenium-rich rice industry,provides the people with high-quality selenium-rich rice,comprehensively improves the production and living standards of the people,and leads the people to win the tough battle against poverty.Based on the problems existing in the development of long xu county selenium-rich industry as the guide,the integrated use of information economics and the theory of supply chain,focuses on analyzing the selenium-rich rice planting,storage and processing,transportation,marketing,at the same time introduced the nonproductive factors,using expert survey method,literature review method and analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to long xu county selenium-rich rice quality and safety traceability system,build the evaluation system,in order to LongXu county selenium-rich rice quality and safety traceability system further to build applications to provide the reference.The results of this study are as follows:1.The traceability system of selenium-rich rice was constructed.Based on the supply chain,planting subjects,geographical locations,varieties and methods,fertilizer and pesticide residues and selenium content indexes of selenium-rich rice were selected.The main body,environment,form and batch index of the information of warehousing processing stage;Transportation mode of transportation of the sales phase information and whereabouts,temperature and humidity environment,sales of the subject and date indicator as the traceability system of evaluation index,at the same time introducing typical non-productive indexes,namely,the behavior main body participation,traceability system perfect degree,traceability information reliability,etc.,makes the index system more scientific,to evaluate the analysis of se-enriched rice quality safety traceability system foundation.2.Through the application of analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to calculate the impact of selenium-rich rice quality and safety traceability system to establish the indicators weight,sorting and found the selenium-rich rice had the greatest influence the establishment of the quality and safety traceability system of fertilizer,pesticide residues and selenium content is followed by the transportation process,temperature and humidity environment,the last is traceability system perfect degree.3.Is analyzed,the result of the sort found in sc-enriched rice quality and safety to the weight of the most direct impact factors,the greater the pesticide residues such as fertilizer,transportation,such as temperature and humidity,and the back for minimum guarantee system perfect degree,mostly because selenium-rich rice quality and safety traceability system research is still in the initial stage,to set up the system is currently the main goal of the task.4.Through further research on dragon OS selenium-rich rice industry in the development process about how to guarantee of the existence of selenium-rich rice quality,scale planting less,do not take the industry chain is not complete and lack of staying power for dragon OS selenium-rich rice quality safety traceability system is put forward to strengthen institutional guarantee strength,optimize the mode of traceability system,increase financial input and strengthening regional cooperation.
