Tourism public service has been paid more and more attention in the past ten years.Tourism public service level is an important indicator of the development level of tourist destination,and it is also one of the important indexes to measure the competitiveness of tourism destination.Tourist satisfaction and tourist loyalty are important to tourism destination.At present,the domestic tourism public service research mainly focuses on the qualitative research of the basic theory,such as the definition of connotation,the supply system,the composition of the content and so on,the empirical research is relatively few.The exploration of the relationship between tourist public service level,tourist satisfaction and tourist loyalty is relatively rare.Therefore,the tourism public service issues need to be paid attention to academia,in order to promote the practice of theory,to enhance the level of tourism public services.Firstly,the concepts of tourism public service,tourist satisfaction,and tourist loyalty are defined,and the five dimensions of tourism public service are explored on the basis of combing the relevant literature.Secondly,based on Cognition-Emotion – Behavior theory,constructs a model includes tourism public service,tourist satisfaction and loyalty.Thirdly,gets first-hand research data for Hailing Island,using the method of SEM analysis to test hypotheses.Results indicate that(1)Tourist' perception of tourism public transport services,tourism public information service,perception of tourism administrative service,tourism safety service,tourism public convenient service has a positive impact on tourist satisfaction(2)Tourist satisfaction has a significant positive impact on the tourist loyalty.(3)Hypotheses that perception of tourism public information service,tourism administration service and tourism safety service positively affect tourist loyalty have not been supported in this paper,Finally,based on the research results,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to attach importance to the construction and perfection of tourism public service from the concept of consciousness,perfect the construction of tourism public transport,optimize the tourism public information service,strengthen the tourism public security service and optimize the tourism administration service.The research shortages and research prospects are expounded.
