Research On The All-for-one Tourism Public Service Of Yichun City Based On Tourist Satisfaction

Tourism public service is an important indicator to measure the development of a regional tourism.The public service of tourism is provided for the specific target of tourists.Its content improve the level of public service facilities in the tourism area,and ensure the travel activities to enhance the travel quality and travel satisfaction of tourists.After the concept of all-for-one tourism was put forward,many new requirements were imposed on tourism public services.Tourism public services need to be constantly updated to meet the new trends of tourism development in China,thus satisfying the diverse tourism needs of tourists.Yichun City is an ecological resource-based city.With the continuous advancement of state-owned forest areas,tourism has become one of the pillar industries of Yichun City.In 2016,Yichun City was selected by the National Tourism Administration to create the first batch of 'National All-for-one Tourism Demonstration Zone',become the only prefecture-level city in Heilongjiang Province.Yichun City's development which relying on all-for-one tourism has not only made important contributions to the city's economic improvement,but also promoted the coordinated development of other industries.However,with the continuous improvement of the economic benefits of the tourism industry in Yichun City and the increasing number of tourists,the tourism industry is experiencing many problems at the same time.The supply of tourism public services is still in the backward stage and has become one of the key issues hindering the development of tourism throughout the country.Therefore,after analyzing the status quo of the all-for-one tourism public service in Yichun City,this paper establishes the Yichun City Whole Tourism Public Service System based on the characteristics of the all-for-one tourism and the new requirements of the all-for-one tourism for public services,and establishes five criteria layers and ten.At the six indicator levels,the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weights of each index;the local tourists are issued the 'Yichun City Wholesale Tourism Public Service Tourist Satisfaction Survey Questionnaire' to obtain the basic information and satisfaction data of the tourists,combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The evaluation of the public service evaluation of the whole city was carried out.It was concluded that the evaluation of tourism public service in Yichun City was "general".According to the evaluation results,the problems of the current public tourism service in Yichun City were found.The evaluation results propose five countermeasures and suggestions:improving the construction of tourism infrastructure,strengthening tourism public safety services,implementing consumer rights protection,improving supporting transportation facilities,and promoting smart tourism public services.In order to promote the all-for-one tourism public service of Yichun City,promote the development of the tourism industry in Yichun City,accelerate the reform of state-owned forest areas,promote the industrial green transformation,and provide assistance for the development of tourism industry in other resource-based cities.
