In recent years, along with the traditional typical electricity jingdong, taobao's rapid development and five major state-owned Banks have set up their own e-commerce platform, rethink and positioning J bank good business competitive strategy is imperative, in order to keep sustained competitive advantage. Based on this, focus on "good financial business" J bank competition strategy research has very important theoretical and practical significance. Customer specific proposed expanding stock of differentiation, differentiation promotion activities, service differentiation, marketing channel differentiation, platform release information differentiation, dealmaking ability differentiation and other strategic priorities. From the system guarantee, the and safeguards of organization, technology, risk control four aspects proposed J bank good business competitive strategy of implementing security.
