L Chemical Industry Park Global Strategic Management Research

Chemical Industry is the mainstay industry of the national economy,most chemical company have the characters like large area, high pollution, high energy consumption. Because of these characters, the chemical industry zone must be built. In the European and American capitalist countries, the chemical zones have built early,and developed well. As the globalization developed fast, Chinese chemical zones have the new opportunity of bigger raw material markets and wider sale markets. At the same time, Chinese chemical zones will meet the new threaten from international market.Nowadays, chinese chemical zones have lots of problems,like repetitive construction, industry chain is not complete, serious pollution, the creation abilities and the core competitiveness of the companies in chemical zone are not strong enough. After realizing these problems clearly,the chemical zones in our country must start from globalization,then make development strategy with their own realities. In that way,chinese chemical industries can develop their core competitiveness and capability in shielding against risks. This essay uses the strategy management theory,then analyzes the internal environment and external environment of L chemical industry zone,and analyzes the product using Boston rectangle analysis. According the conclusion which made by these three analysis, L chemical industry zone can make global strategy management project.
