In recent decades, with the rapid development of various types of Chinese manufacturing industry, domestic economy and foreign trade gained rapid expansion,with goods made in China aroundtheworld.However, along with the development of economy, the demand of Chinese coal oil and other fossil fuel based energy has increased significantly. Among those energies, coal oil accounted for 72% of total energy consumption. And the heavy use of coal energy caused increasingly severe environment. In the new period of Chinese economy's transformation, the state enacted efficient energy policies of promotion and applications in order to achieve economic growth, improve efficiency and solve the pollution problem in the strategic objectives.We launched efforts to increase the promotion and application of clean and efficient energy policy, which brings opportunities and challenges and the development prospects for Fujian natural gas company (hereinafter referred to as A company), which is located in the eastern coastal city. And whether it can adapt to the trend of the development of the machine will depend on whether the A company's business strategy is in line with the actual needs of the internal and whether external business environment and the implementation of the process is appropriate. From the perspective of the company's managers, The author have made some related research on how to improve and enhance the company's operating. Using the theory analysis method of PEST analysis model, Porter's five forces model, SWOT analysis, We analyze the external and internal business environment of A company comprehensively and deeply, and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of SO strategy, WO strategy, ST strategy and WT strategy. Based on this, We formulatetwo development strategy which are intended to be elected in the company. After further analysis and discussion, we put forward thatin this stage A company is suitable for the development strategy of intensive development company.Accordingly, in the company's marketing strategy we adopt market penetration strategy and market development strategy of both measures. On the one hand, within the existing scope of business,it is based on existing products, increasing sales efforts, and fully mobilizing the existing potential market demand. On the other hand, it is based on existing products and services, and expanding business scope, and the strategy of of opening up new markeThe effect of using intensive development strategies and appropriate marketing strategies proposal is obvious, which Improve the competitiveness of A company, and increased the company's operating efficiency, obtain the energy supply for the protection of the development of the regional economy, Optimize the regional social energy structure, promote energy-saving emission reduction of the whole society, and gradually improve the social benefits of environmental pollution and so on.
