With the refinement of social division of labor and the development of economic globalization,more and more manufacturing enterprises choose to outsource their own "non-core" business to enhance their competitiveness.Thus,modern manufacturing service enterprises have been derived.In recent years,modern manufacturing service industry has sprung up in our country.Our government has issued a series of policies to support the development of this industry,and this industry has a good development prospect.However,due to the late start of modern manufacturing services in China,the market size is small,and some multinational enterprises enter the market,so the development of domestic enterprises is not optimistic.Under the coexistence of opportunities and challenges,how to find a better development way is an urgent problem for the new-born modern manufacturing service enterprises in China.This paper takes Dalian HTC Company as the research object,mainly using the methods of literature research,field research,expert interviews,case studies.Firstly,this paper makes a comprehensive understand of the internal and external environment of enterprises by using PEST analysis method and Porter's five-force analysis method,and makes an analysis of the internal environment of enterprises.Then,this paper uses SWOT analysis method to identify the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of enterprises,and considers that enterprises should adopt growth-oriented strategy.Next,based on the strategic positioning and objectives of enterprises,and combined with enterprise's internal and external environment,this paper argues that this company should adopt the market penetration strategy,which belongs to the intensive strategy,and puts forward three strategic actions: designing personalized service,formulating a variety of marketing methods,strengthening customer relationship management and stimulating the potential needs of existing customers.Finally,this paper proposes that the company should strengthen the implementation of enterprise system guarantee,talent intelligence guarantee,capital guarantee and information management.This paper can help Dalian HTC Company to define its development objectives,formulate reasonable development strategies,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,and provide a useful reference for the development of other modern manufacturing service enterprises.At the same time,this paper provides a practical case for strategic management in the field of modern manufacturing services,and further enriches the content of strategic research system.
