Since ancient times, the development of agriculture has been of great concern and attention of the government, although there is a great leap forward in the people's commune error, but there are also many organizations to promote the emergence of agricultural development, farmers' professional cooperatives is one of the most typical representative.The farmer specialized farmer cooperatives are encouraged by the government, self organization, resource exchange, to help each other so as to achieve common progress of the active groups of farmers. Is the inevitable result of the demand of new socialist countryside in China under the farmers through the organic unity and integration, a single individual were tied, saving resources and cost in production and operation, to achieve a unified management and operation, at the same time, because the organization is composed of many individuals by splicing, its ability to resist risks obtained significant enhancement. Under the influence of many favorable factors, the economic income of farmers has been significantly improved, and the living standard has been greatly improved.This article mainly studies the Jishan County of Yuncheng city as the main research object, and carries on the elaboration from five aspects separately. One is the introduction part of the research, mainly is the theory of accumulation, including the purpose and significance of this study, support the relevant theoretical research, related research methods and innovation at home and abroad for such topic; the second part will focus on analysis of the Jishan County, find the farmers' professional cooperatives typically, for example and the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in the region, the present status of the detailed performance evaluation, according to the present situation, the third chapter of cooperatives, first construction of system is analyzed, including its principle, significance, characteristics and selection of standard and so on, to find out the evaluation index and method of performance, and in Jishan county a farmers' professional cooperatives as an example, analysis of performance indicators and construction; through field analysis, find out the farmer professional in Jishan County The main factors restricting the development of cooperatives, from the hardware requirements above, professional talents are relatively scarce, the relative shortage of investment funds; operation, in the internal cohesion, brand building is not enough, the internal governance structure is relatively disordered, no clear institutional constraints, and also will sometimes appear the problem of uneven distribution of profits. In the face of this situation, the sixth chapter will make a list of relevant countermeasures and suggestions, including increasing the investment of talents and funds, strengthening education, creating a brand effect. Through the analysis of this paper, we can strengthen the importance of farmers' professional cooperatives in Jishan County, and contribute their own strength to the innovation and development of cooperatives.
