Ningbo Finance Supports The Research On The Entrepreneurial Innovation Path Of Small And Micro Enterprises

Since the opening-up and reform,Ningbo,based on the active private economy and the advantages from opening-up and reform,has established the dynamic economy which is focused on small and micro businesses,and export-oriented economy which is focused on neighboring-port manufacturing driven by port trades,and developed into a south-wing economy center of the Yangtze River Delta region and base of national important manufacturing industry.Financing is a major problem that many small and micro businesses are faced with when they are in their course of starting a business and making innovations.With the background of finance and industry integrated development,the research on how Ningbo's finance supports the starting-business and innovation of small and micro businesses is of great significance.According to the urban location requirements of “Ningbo shall be forged into a manufacturing innovation center of great international influence”,the integrated development of manufacturing and financing of Ningbo and the current situations that small and micro businesses are supported by financing shall be analyzed from all grounds in this paper,so that the problems facing the combination of industry and finance can be explored.From the success experience of the combination of industry and finance both at home and abroad,the starting-business and industry basis that Ningbo can rely on is worked out so that it can adapt to the fast development stream of innovation economy.With the background of the combination of industry and finance,new approaches that small and micro businesses are supported by finance are also promulgated in Ningbo.This paper put forward the basic principles,objectives and tasks,key areas and mechanism guarantee of Ningbo's financial support for entrepreneurship and innovation of small and micro enterprises.According to the practical foundation of Ningbo,this paper put forward that the key areas of Ningbo City's financial support for entrepreneurship and innovation could be divided into three levels: taking private finance,Internet finance as the key fields,taking small and micro finance,inclusive finance as fields of foundation support,and taking science and technology finance as the cultivation and development field.At the same time,the combination mechanism of industry and finance in the following aspects shall be improved further: the total finance guarantee capacity shall be increased,the system and mechanism of credit management shall be improved,the finance supply quality in key fields shall be increased,the comprehensive demonstration zone construction of insurance innovation shall be advanced,the development of finance guarantee industry shall be promoted,and the levels in construction of public service system,improvement of social credit system,optimization of government service functions,and increase of policy support shall be enhanced.Finally,Ningbo is advanced to favorable norms where the starting-businesses and innovations of small and micro business are driven by finance,and the finance grows bigger and stronger due to the enterprises' development,leading to cooperation,win-win and interconnected development.
