Research On The Factors Influencing The Value Of Listed Companies In The Pharmaceutical Industry

As we all know that the pharmaceutical industry is an important industry of national economy and people's livelihood,and is concerned by the majority of consumers;the pharmaceutical industry is called never fading sunrise industry.So the investors love it;It is also the key planning industry in the "thirteen five-year" plan,concerned by the government.It seems that the development of the pharmaceutical industry has become the focus of the whole society.Because of pharmaceutical listed companies including the key players of the pharmaceutical industry,the listed companies can reflect the main development of the pharmaceutical industry.Therefore,the listed companies' values of pharmaceutical industry are the focus to people from all walks of life.To improve the values of listed companies,it must be clear that what kind of factors is the main reason of its value and in which way do the factors affect the value.Therefore,the research on the influence factors of the value of listed companies in pharmaceutical industry is significant.So this paper is about a study of the affecting factors on the value of the listed enterprise in the Pharmaceutical industry.First,the article presents the purpose and meaning of this research,and summarizes the current achievement of research at home and abroad.Then it proposes research methods,ideas and content structure,as well as innovations and shortcomings of this article.Secondly,this paper introduces the theory of business valuation.The first part introduces the basic concept of enterprise value,and the second part describes several methods of business valuation.The third section analyzes the internal and external factors that influence the value of the enterprise.Thirdly,it analyzes the factors that influence the value of listed companies in the pharmaceutical industry.In the theory angle,it tries to compare the degree of influencing factors.Finally,in the research methods of empirical analysis,I do the factor analysis to 14 indicators from 2013 to 2015 selected from 50 pharmaceutical industry companies in the A-share market.And extract the common factors;at last,I try to find the common factors how to influence enterprises' value in the methods of multiple regression analysis,and I try to prove whether the hypotheses are correct.
