Personnel are a key pharmaceutical enterprises resource,which directly affects the performance and development of the enterprise.With the acceleration of talents competition,the job hopping of the personnel has become more and more frequent,which has brought great pressure to the pharmaceutical enterprises and become a difficult problem to restrict the development of enterprises.On the basis of literature research,this paper takes interviews and questionnaires as the main methods of investigation,and through descriptive statistics and regression analysis and other analytical means,it analyses the influencing factors of staff turnover in KY company from three levels of society,enterprises and individuals.The social factors are mainly the national policy,the intensification of industry competition and the imbalance of regional development;the enterprise factors are the problems of performance appraisal,unreasonable salary design,the lack of attention to the construction of enterprise culture,the imperfect recruitment and training and the poor working environment;the personal factors of employees are the influence of family,personal career planning and other factors.In view of the above situation,this paper further puts forward some strategies to alleviate the high turnover rate of employees in KY Company: to establish a people-oriented enterprise culture and management system;to improve the performance appraisal mechanism and rationally build the salary system;to improve the staff training system;to expand the promotion channels of employees;to follow the principle of matching personnel with posts;to achieve organizational fairness;and to establish the management system of staff turnover.It is hoped that the implementation of these solutions will alleviate the problem of high employee turnover rate,improve the industry competitive advantage of KY Company,and enable enterprises to develop healthily and sustainably.The research results of this paper will provide a useful reference for the improvement of staff turnover in similar pharmaceutical industry,and have a certain inspiration.
