Multi-dimension Analysis Of Industry Transformation Path In Northern Anhui

As China's economy has entered a new normal,change the mode of economic development,promote industrial restructuring and upgrading to become the main way to achieve regional development by leaps and bounds,industrial transformation into the regional access to regional competitiveness means.In this paper,the industrial transformation in northern Anhui is regarded as the core content to promote the transformation of its economic growth pattern.Combining with the theory of industrial transformation in modern economics,the industrial transformation from industry to high-end,total factor productivity and supply side reform And put forward the reasonable path to promote the industrial transformation in northern Anhui.This article first elaborated the research background and the main research content,according to the research background and the significance elaborated the northern Anhui area industry transformation the importance to propose three dimensions the research content,thus determined the research goal.Secondly,on the basis of the definition and explanation of industrial transformation and industrial transformation path,this paper systematically analyzes the literatures of industrial transformation and industrial transformation path,analyzes the influence factors and essential features of industrial transformation,industrial transformation path,Not only structural low-level adjustment,but the industry's total change.At the same time,it lays the foundation for the construction of the model and theoretical and empirical research.Then,this article studies the transformation path of industry in the northern part of Anhui Province from the perspective of industry to high-end.Through the empirical research,the article finds that there is still a long way to realize the high-end industry in the north of Anhui Province.To this end,the northern Anhui region should be through the development of regional economy,to promote scientific and technological innovation and increase investment in education three ways to improve the northern part of Anhui Province,the level of industrial high-end.Then,through the study of the total factor productivity in northern Anhui,this paper finds that the northern Anhui region should improve the level of industrial structure by accelerating the pace of market-oriented reform,promoting market opening,improving technical efficiency and independent innovation ability.Thirdly,the empirical study on supply side structural reform in the view of overcapacity in the coal industry in northern Anhui shows that local governments in northern Anhui should control the direction of investment in fixed assets,break down the local administrative barriers and accelerate the pace of "de-producing" Upgrade.Finally,according to the research results of the above chapters,the article points out that the industrial transformation and upgrading of northern Anhui should be the following: First,extend the industrial chain,develop high value-added products and promote economic development;Second,improve the investment environment,Capital investment in the region;third is to increase investment in education,and comprehensively improve the quality of the population;four is to determine the functions of government authority,building a service-oriented government;five is to cultivate a number of leading enterprises,promote regional upgrading.
