Many factors that affect the impact China's agricultural total factors productivity,analysis is the premise of accurate accounting out the value of China's agricultural TFP.This article attempts from time and space on the value of China's total factor productivity TFP.With scientific Malmquist index method based on data envelopment analysis(DEA)accounting out of the 1994-2014 of China's agricultural total factor productivity TFP,trying to find out the changing rule of the Chinese agricultural total factor productivity.Use of DEAP Version2.1 software calculated the Malmquist productivity index of 1994-2014 On this base,the decomposition of TFP decomposed into technology And efficiency.in order to more detailed description of TFP change rule.this paper points four different period of the policy is different,so consider good policy institutional factors considered in the model.From space,the Malmquist index based on data envelopment analysis is a method of accounting in the east,central and western regions,use DEAP Version 2.1 software to calculate the east Midwest technology progress,technical efficiency and the value of the total factor productivity.Affect many factors that affect the total factor productivity of agriculture in China,this article selects the effective irrigation area,the level of industrialization,marketization and opening to the outside world level,the level of urbanization,this article based on the The generalized OLS regression estimate,measure the variables of the contribution of China's agricultural total factor productivity.To find the influence factors of influence Chinese agricultural total factor productivity.Regression results showed that the industrialization level,the level of opening to the outside,the urbanization level of China's agricultural total factor productivity of the contribution of TFP growth is positive,the level of urbanization and the level of opening up to the impact is significant.At the same time,the effective irrigation area and marektization level of total factor productivity is negative,but the impact is not significant.Research conclusion of this paper shows that from 1994 to 2014 in time,technological progress is a positive growth,technical efficiency and scale efficiency is negative,only they did not deviate from the 2005 to 2008,the rest of the year technical progress and technical efficiency appear a departure from the trend.Spatially,the eastern region,central region,the western region,both from the technical progress and technical efficiency and total factor productivity,the eastern region is higher than the central region.Central region is higher than in the western region.Based on the above empirical results put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.Should strengthen the agricultural technology research and development,to speed up the independent of agricultural technology innovation,not just stay on technology import.At the same time establish agricultural mass production,give full play to the efficiency of scale advantages.From the three regions,east Midwest should use policies to guide,to establish a relatively reasonable talents backflow mechanism,in the central and western regions to establish agricultural research institutions or large agricultural technology companies.Make for the government combined with efficient markets.From the influencing factors of China's total factor productivity,urbanization level and the opening to the outside world level has a significant positive effect,and the industrialization level and effective irrigation area of the positive effect is not significant.Should increase the “feedback” of industry to agriculture,can provide necessary funds or manpower support for agriculture,better promote the development of agricultural industrialization.Should strengthen agricultural infrastructure construction,effectively solve the problem of agriculture irrigation efficiency,make effective irrigation more effective role in the improvement of agricultural total factor productivity.At the same time,the influence of the degree of marketization is negative effect,but not significant.In the process of market-oriented reform,should strengthen the reform of agriculture especially agricultural technology transformation,makes the reform of the bonus for agricultural use.
