With the globalization of economy,at the same time domestic enterprises face into the globalization of market competition,especially in the IT industry,the IT companies taking technology as the core,competition is more intense.The present status of the domestic enterprises is facing that serious product homogeneity,profit high transparency and promotion methods the same simple.Just through product,price,or promotion and other means to obtain competitive advantage has been increasingly difficult.Marketing channel is a bridge between products and services to consumers.In the fierce market competition,the important contents is that enterprises need paying close attention to optimize the channel tactics and reduce the cost for channel to manage.Chosen the channel and the effective channel management is also the important contents.This makes channel strategic research of marketing become the most important thing in enterprise's strategic research.Under the situation at present,combine complicated market environment,enterprise's product performance and one's own usable resource,set up effective marketing channel tactics optimally,promote enterprise's core competitiveness,it become the urgent problems for enterprises need of solution.This article first introduced the topic background and research significance,secondly makes a introduction to the related theory,later analyze the present situation of A company.Base on the perspective of theory combined with the actual,according to the theory of marketing channel management,through analysis that marketing channel management goal,marketing channel management pattern,marketing channel design,choice of marketing channel members,cooperation and control marketing channel and marketing channels of the performance evaluation,found the problem.And finally put forward the optimization scheme.Through this research,hope to be able to channel management to provide reference when adjusting and optimizing the channel management optimization in channel management.Improve channel management,improve channel efficiency,enhance channel competitiveness.
