Logistics And Electric Business Platform Development

After China's economy entering the new normal,traditional industries,such as coal,iron and steel,is facing the challenge of restructuring and de-capacity.Steel trade industry,as one important step of the iron and steel industry product,is facing serious challenges.With the development of the "Internet plus" concept,steel E-business platforms,as the upgrade of traditional steel trade business,have sprung up in just a few years.How to stand out from the competition of so many steel E-business platform,is worth thinking about.In order to stand out from the competition of so many steel E-business platform,increasing investment and reasonable layout,have become a very important way."Internet plus” and big data are advantages of the steel E-business platform,however,if they want to expand voice in the iron and steel business,they must strengthen the logistics links.In this paper,we have done research on how to strengthen logistics links of the steel E-business platforms,from two aspects.The first is building a third party supply chain management service platforms in the business process.Through integrating sevice providers such as warehousing,transportation,processing and distribution,and building information sharing platform,steel E-business platform provide customers with more efficient and lower cost one-stop services as a third-party supply chain management service platforms.Secondly,this paper has done research to find the most suitable regional logistics layout for the steel E-business platform from the perspective of the regional logistics system.According to the characteristics of different regions and different patterns,the characteristics of targeted different logistics node layout,so as to realize the steel electric business platform layout optimization of regional logistics system,and improve steel electric business platform competitiveness in the whole supply chain system.Through the two methods above,steel E-business platform can develop from simple deal-making platforms to comprehensive service platforms.And strengthen its status and value in the whole steel supply chain system in the furthe.
