In line with constant exploration of scale development methods of domestic enterprises, divisional organization development patterns have been gaining increasing attention in the field of enterprise planning development. An effective performance evaluation method not only checks enterprise operation and development but also monitors business division operation and development. At present, the business division of J company lacks a valid and thorough performance evaluation method and is confronted with integrated and accumulating business, causing multi performance evaluation problems and limiting its advancement. Set against this background, this article is used to offer guidance to optimizing the existing performance evaluation method of J company business division.The aim of this article is to offer guidance to establishing a responsibility-centered performance evaluation method of J company business division with well-defined power and responsibility, moderate incentives, and scientific management. To achieve this goal, this article adopts theories of method management, objective management, responsibility accounting, budget control, and incentives and uses methods of qualitative analysis, literature research, comparative study, and external and internal environment analysis. After a comprehensive analysis of current operating state, management flaws, and development contradictions under the performance evaluation method of J company business division, an optimization proposal of a responsibility-centered performance evaluation method is provided. In this proposal, confirmed basic principles, improved foundation environment, and optimized indicator designs of the method are clearly offered.In conclusion, this article provides J company business division with new thoughts on perfecting performance evaluation method, reinforcing performance evaluation, conducting efficient cost control, enhancing productivity, improving operating state, and increasing operating profit. This article also can be used by similar enterprises with similar problems as reference for productive performance evaluation and check.
