As human society entered the twenty-first century, more and more enterprises pay attention to human resource management,while the performance evaluation is an important part of human resource management. Commercial banks as a member of the enterprise organization, lack of integrity of the performance evaluation system and the plan, but the practice tells us, the commercial bank performance evaluation have much problems, It’s important to improve the performance evaluation of commercial.This paper takes the performance evaluation of business unit as the research object, survey and analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the business unit’s performance evaluation system, using the Key Performance Index and The Balanced Scorecard, to redesign the performance evaluation system and solutions of business unit of the A bank GuangXi ranch.Therefore, this paper first puts forward the problem, according to the problems listed on performance evaluation of domestic and foreign research theory and practice. Analysis the performance evaluation system and solutions of Guangxi A Bank’s business unit. Use the questionnaire to collect the problem, according to the evaluation index range, short-sighted, weight setting unreasonable, lack of long-term sex target, assessment cover inadequacy, performance communication and feedback deletion and other shortcomings, comprehensive use of advanced assessment methods such as key performance indicators and balanced scorecard design performance indicators, improved the evaluation scheme. As for the national economy and the branch of business development in the practical difficulties encountered, in improving the system greatly enhanced the development indexes in a branch of the performance appraisal of the weights, reduced the efficiency index weight, increase of staff performance appraisal content and performance feedback, applying the results of link. In order to further improve the Guangxi A bank grass-roots staff’s management efficiency, improve employee performance, outstanding bank long-term development of the strategic objectives, to lay a solid foundation.
