The Research Of Modern Tobacco Agricultural Development In GuiYang County

In order to develop modern tobacco agriculture in Guiyang County, we should make the tobacco to be high quality reasonable production, efficient, ecological and security,we also should meet the requirements of "one base four modernizations" that the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau proposed. This paper carries out an overall survey of Guiyang's natural resource, infrastructure, and technological management construction of professional cooperatives, quality and knowledge of tobacco farmers and information and technology construction. Based on the survey of status quo, this thesis provides an in-depth analysis of its advantages and limitations. In particular, based on the field research of Liufeng Tobacco, this thesis digs out its advanced experiences, and thus further puts up suggestions of development of this industry across the while county, and indicates directions of modern tobacco agricultural construction.Through the analysis of status quo of Guiyang's modern tobacco agriculture, this thesis concludes its main advantages into several parts, namely preferred natural condition, distinctive feature of tobacco, government policy supporting, popularization of professional cooperatives and initial shaping of specialized division. At the same time, the thesis finds out constraints below:infrastructure of tobacco production is still not perfect, professional workers are in need, land transfer is complicated, and management of the tobacco comparative needs to be improved. Therefore, we propose correspondent solutions, including strengthening infrastructure, improving technology, stepping up vocational training to tobacco farmers, improving their science and technology quality, innovating modern tobacco production organizational system, and reinforcing information construction.
