Studies On Agriculture Organization Of The Modern Modes Of Tobacco In Lanshan County

This paper studies on the tobacco production patterns, nursery and baking organizational modes in Lanshan County. The results show that fostering moderate size (0.67 to 6.67hm2) of planted specialized households is appropriate in traditional farmers, planting specialized households, family farms, production of professional organizations, cooperatives and other tobacco production modes. The small scale tobacco planting (0.67 hm2 or less) or excessive scale (more than 6.67hm2), will increase labor costs on production management and reduce the effectiveness of tobacco cultivation. Through the establishment of effective mechanisms and promoting the land transfer to specialized households, this will improve the level of large-scale tobacco cultivation and organization and management while the effective professional services team would be established.Through two professional nursery seedling nursery and traditional mode of contrast, more traditional nursery nursery professional employment reduce the number of 10.5 ha, ha and reduce labor costs 524.66 yuan, down 75.74%, respectively, and 75.78%, indicating that more professional nursery full use of resources, reduce labor costs, thereby reducing breeding costs, and ultimately to achieve the purpose of cost reduction by workers. Professional nursery seedling modes would reduce the number of 10.5 on employment and 524.66 yuan on labor costs comparing on the traditional nursery seedling modes, respectively, decreased by 75.74% and 75.78%. It indicates that professional nursery seedling modes would make full use of resources, reduce labor costs, thereby reducing breeding costs and achieving the purpose of cost reduction ultimately. Implementation of intensive barn baking group organizational modes, which can effectively reduce the cost of curing tobacco consumption and reduce the number of employment and labor costs; it also could improve the appearance quality of tobacco leaves,increase the numbers of orange leaves, ameliorate the leaf structure, enhance the color flexibility. It could improve the chemical composition of tobacco modulated, so that it would reduce sugar content, decrease nicotine content, starch degradation more fully, especially in the upper leaves sugar/nicotine is more reasonable; while improving modulated the proportion of tobacco smoke in the upper, particularly in the proportion of superior tobacco, increase the average price, reducing the number of variegated tobacco smoke and the proportion with an active role in both.
