In recent years,with the continuous development of the Internet financial and financial disintermediation,the city commercial bank,the foreign branches,W bank Qingdao branch in Qingdao,lost in a W in the original small-micro financial service advantages,a hallmark of the original small financial service prominent dominant position has been weakened.Banking financial institutions also speed up the layout of Internet financial,especially urban commercial Banks to firmly grasp the regional marketing direction,hoping to use Internet tools,open development view,using the Internet to provide additional financial value and services to attract customers,broaden the marketing channels,which make up the capital complement,marketing channel construction,technical support,and many other aspects of the bottleneck.The main research object of this paper is small-micro financial settlement and credit related service marketing strategy,looking for the key to effective decision service marketing link,take with characteristic of bank service marketing strategy and safeguard measures,set up "take the customer as the center,customer oriented" service marketing concept,to promote W bank Qingdao branch in Qingdao area and even the shandong area position,makes the unique core competitiveness.This paper will be to small micro financial services marketing strategy and pattern idea,implementation methods and significance of the analysis and argumentation,explore the problems and difficulties in the development,then W bank Qingdao branch is in the context of the Internet financial development trendThinking,in short,the Internet is:to the user as the center,using big data thinking,establish service marketing platform,play acme service for small micro finance.Is proposed in this paper to establish regional Internet micro financial service orientation,to the user as the center,to provide "regional Internet" open service,with the aid of all kinds of different industry resources,to establish "open" platform for the financial innovation type,speed up the remote intelligent teller machine layout,make up the defects of less physical outlets;Segment customers,improve small micro financial interactive services marketing system,using the Internet to effectively manage marketing platform of thinking,cultivate one's believers,will become the main force of power marketing;Use thinking fast Internet marketing platform,connect the interests of the different industries,different angles,different representing the multilateral market,not only is the medium of channels or middlemen,its core is to establish more perfect"financial ecosystem",let the benefit correlation industries or groups gathered here,to build a new platform for the organization to carry out and implement the strategy.
